Improve Indigo error reporting #2054

Background There are multiple reports about inconsistent Indigo error messages. Here is a typical example:

Solution Indigo reporting code should be structured and refactored. Error messages' texts should be rewritten if they are unclear or don't reflect the essence of the error.

Please, also pay attention this scenario as well - Opening saved png/svg file or any other pictures using "Open From File" option: image User should use "Image Recognition" option for pictures.
