System connects CHEM and RNA using CHEM and PEPTIDE connection #2076

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Macromolecules mode - Flex mode
Load using paste from clipboard IDT type: CHEM1{[MCC]}|RNA1{R(A)P.R(C)P.R(G)P.R(T)P.R(U)P}$RNA1,PEPTIDE1,15:R2-1:R1$$$V2.0

Actual behavior CHEM and RNA connected

Expected behavior Error should occure - PEPTIDE1 is not found
