Add num repos per company & number comp commits per repositories reports

Added two reports: 1) Repositories-per-company showing the number of repositories that company employees have committed to on that day. 2) OSCI_Commits_per_repositories showing the number of commits from company employees to a specific repository per day.

At the moment, it is not planned to include this report in the daily pipeline. It is supposed to be used manually via cli or, if deployed, via azf.
