  1. Counter text color = caption color
  2. Counter bg color and border = calculate from uui-badge-caption (find https://github.com/epam/UUI/issues/2121#issuecomment-2129619244

Don't forget to correct the colors in the Dark theme solid White & Warning colors: icon & caption & counter caption is #303240. Comment from task 2168.
