Rework current pattern, make it more usual for the end user, based on the most popular references In details, what to do:

• NEW. Top sticky variant white toolbar (always visible)

• Current. Reskin to white bottom sticky variant (visible in focus state)

  • Combine actions from floating panel to static

• Place all buttons visible

• Add tooltips while hovering with 0.8sec delay (desktop)
