upgrade to java8 then java10 #101

Right now Wilma works with java 7 and java 8, but now even java 10 is out, so need to upgrade gradle, jars etc.

Upgrade to Java8 is enough, we will releave with Wilma 1.6 version with Java 8. Then, so after the release we can move forward with Java version.

Technically right now we use Jdk11 everywhere - so done. But DON'T use this version yet, however jdk usage is upgraded, the code is not yet stable - wait till the next official release.
