[Attach link] Unnecessary download button, not nice tooltip with URL #1303

What happened?

Issue1: No need to show download button for added link image

Issue2: Not user friendly tooltip with long URL if to hover over the attached link in input message box or edit message view image image

Issue3: Please note that if to hover the link in chat history, another tooltip is shown Can we unify them? image

Issue4: need to show tooltip on hover for the button , now browser default is shown at the bottom image

Need to confirm with @DaryaKarniyenka whether we need it or not

Issue5: If to click on long link/title name, not full name is shown.

Need to confirm with @DaryaKarniyenka expected result.. Forbid expanding; or add three dots at the end? or it should not expand but lead to the site?

Issue6: Now we cahe different attachment icons in chat history and in input message box/ To clarify whether it's ok? image

Issue4: Let's add our usual hint "Open link"

Issue5: It will be nice to open link on click.
