[Mobile][Publication][Publication Admin][Shared with me] Scroll down icon is hidden #1611

What happened?

Preparation:

  1. By user1 create a chat with long history to have vertical scroll (or with several stages which you can expand to have scroll)
  2. By user1 share the chat

Steps:

  1. By user2 open shared link -> open the chat from Shared with me
  2. By user2 scroll up the chat (or expand stages - it depends on the preparation)
  3. Check that scroll down icon appears -> on mobiles Scroll down icon is hidden -> bug

Expected result: Scroll down icon should be available. For example, image

Important!! Please fix the issue for the chat opened from Shared with me; Organization and Approve required

Verified on staging env successfully
