[Publication] Add validation for length of folders name in Change path dialog #1663

EPAM AI DIAL chat version

0.13.0

How to reproduce

Steps:

  1. Open publish request form for any chat
  2. click change link in Publish to path
  3. create a new folder with name more that 160 symbols
  4. submit request

Actual result

No validation for folder name's length appeared, name is not cut

Expected result

Folder name should not be longer that 160 symbols

issue is fixed in #1658, verified on stg
