[Publication]: Search does not display nested folders which fit search expression

How to reproduce

Preconditions: there are at least several folders with nested folders available in organization for user

Steps:

1. Open publish request form
2. go to Change path form
3. input any text into search which fits name of nested folder

Actual result

search does not return any folder

Expected result

Search should work for all folders available for user including nested folders Note: need to add recursive search for load folders structure for organization
