[Publication][Admin Area]: Buttons not alingned to the right on Prompt view modal #1701

How to reproduce

Steps:

  1. user create publication request for prompt
  2. Admin review publication request and go to review

Actual result

image 'Back to request' button and arrow button are not on the right side of the modal

Expected result

'Back to request' button and arrow button should be aligned on the right side of the modal
