[Publication][Mobile view]: Close x-icon not shown on 'Add filter' form #1775

How to reproduce

Steps:

  1. user using mobile device open DIAL
  2. user create publication request
  3. open Change path and select folder
  4. tab add filter icon -> Add filter modal opened
  5. select filter and input some values

Actual result

Close x-icon not shown on 'Add filter' form
