[Regression] 412 error in console appears if to import the chat which is a duplicate #1905

EPAM AI DIAL chat version

0.16.0

What happened?

  1. Export any chat
  2. Import the chat and select postfix
  3. Note tat the chat is imported (ok), but there is an error in console -> bug

Expected: as in 0.15.0 version there should be no any errors.

It looks like fixed for import/export of chats without attachments, but still reproduced for chats with attachments and prompts import.

Verified on staging env successfully.
