What happened?

Expected result: 1) If there are no any files in a section -> don't show the section 2) If there are no search results -> do not show the section Please use the 'Conversation list' panel as an example

Verified the following scenarios: 1) No search results in all sections 2) when no data the section -> it's not shown 3) wasn't able to find any user without files in Organization to check No data label
