How to reproduce

Preconditions: there is already published custom application

Steps:

create unpublish request
admin open unpublish request
click on 'Go to a review' link

Actual result

Expected result

TBD: need to align with design

name and version should be red for unpublish request for application

Don't need to use red color instead let's use "Publish/Unpublish application" title. Also we need to fix window height at 600 px it will help fix "next", "back" buttons position.
