[Custom app +Publication]: Unpublish request failed to create for Custom application #2390

How to reproduce

Preconditions: there is published custom application

Steps:

  1. Open DIAL Marketplace
  2. Hover over published custom app and select Unpublish option in custom menu
  3. Input request name and click "Send request" button

Actual result

Error toast message displayed "Publishing failed. You are only allowed to publish conversations with attachments from "All files""

Expected result

There should be option to create unpublish request for published custom app
