Azure ML Serving Stack: ML Enabled Application Deployment #14

Deploy ML Enabled application (fast-dash or other) that uses Pythorch inference endpoint (https://github.com/epam/hub-kubeflow-stacks/issues/13) to make predictions.

The application can be deployed as a stack component (using Scaffold) or separately.
