At the moment FSx for Lustre setup (#441) works fine for Ubuntu and Centos, but fails in Debian. Debian 9 support shall be added as well

I've tried to verify:

Ubuntu 16.04: LustreFS storages and EFS aren't being mounted at all:
Ubuntu 18.04, Centos 7, Debian 9: LustreFS storages are being mounted well, without any errors. All short manual tests over main functionality were passed (excluding fallocate operation - it isn't supported)
