Install Lustre client only of it is required #1525

Background At the moment Cloud Pipeline supports three types of shared file systems: NFS (EFS), SMB & Lustre. Clients for all this file systems are installed at once using script install_nfs_client. It would be helpful to install Lustre client only if it is required since its installation takes some time.
