[NAT Gateway] Force lower case for the server name #2776

Please add a validation to the "Server name" field in the NAT Gateway -> Add route menu:

Shall be a valid domain name:
- Maximum length - 253 symbols;
- Valid characters: "a"-"z", "0"-"9", hyphen ("-"), dot ("."), underscore ("_")
- Domain name consists of labels divided by dot (".")
- Each label must have length of 1-63 symbols
- Each label must starts with "a"-"z" symbol, and ends not with a hyphen symbol ("-")
Shall be lower case
