This PR adds tracking of the Environment Modules usage for lmod type of the module system.

Set CP_CAP_MODULES_TRACK_USAGE to true to activate tracking. Default: false
Define CP_CAP_MODULES_CONFIG_DIR with config path (SitePackage.lua). Default: the same as MODULES_FILES_DIR
Define CP_CAP_MODULES_USAGE_TASK task name for tracking. Default: ModulesUsage
