Browsing Corgies for non-auth user (login/logout issue) #174

User should be able to see Homepage and Corgi page (ideally also list of Corgies for any user) as non-authorized user, because view-methods does not require account.

it is impossible to add the ability to view the list of Corgis for a any user now, so a new issue #180 was created
