As of now all bids from all participants are locked in the contract until auction ends (24h).
On top of that, only auction starter (Corgi owner) can end trigger clearance function after auction has ended.
This creates certain inconviniences because:
(a) certain bidders may want to exit auction earlier if they were overbidded, and they do not want to compete any longer for that Corgi, and need their money back to the wallet;
(b) highest bidder can trigger clearance function when auction ends, not only Corgi Owner, because s_he might be away and in this case a lot of money gets locked for undefined amount of time (even forever).
