Extend a RnaExpressionFastq integration test for master mode #217

Background The existing RnaExpressionFastqIntegrationTest doesn't cover RnaExpressionFastq workflow launch in master mode (-master option).

Approach

The existing RnaExpressionFastqIntegrationTest can be extended for master mode:

add new test cases for master mode
use thymeleaf templates for scripts validation
add a folder tree validation
change AbstractIntegrationTest to allow run integration tests in master mode
