Enable cleanup for gcp. Add post-undeploy script to extension to cleanup cloud resources created by configure script if these resources are not shared.
[ ] Resources are not shared if DNS Is managed by bubbles and have been created by current deployment and can be deleted
[ ] HUB_STATE_BUCKET is shared resource user should be notified
[ ] Other resources such as: IAM, cloud functions etc if applicable
