Argo Component improvements #31

Currently Argo component has too many dependencies which must be removed:

[x] OpenID connect configuration should be removed from the component
[x] Integration with the Postgres database should be removed
[x] VirtualService is an abstraction of Istio and also should be removed from the component

If Argo needs to integrate with the services mentioned above, it must be done using stack-level hooks.

Also, the following adjustments must be made:

[x] dns.domain property must be removed from the component manifest
[x] Ingress is deployed if ingress.hosts for Argo value is set on the stack
[x] For compatibility we should still keep --context=$HUB_DOMAIN_NAME on kubectl commands (it's set by hubctl extensions outside the component)
[x] Bumb version of Argo and Argo Helm Chart to the latest version
[x] Allow setting custom workflow executor: leave emissary as default
