MLflow is an open-source platform for managing the end-to-end machine learning lifecycle.

[x] Implement the component using Kustomize
[x] Support Azure or S3-compatible storage as artifact/model store (based on provided/optional parameters)
[x] Support PostgreSQL or MySQL database as backend store (based on provided/optional parameters)
[x] Support ingress
[ ] Remove gotemplating from Kustomize overlays
[ ] Documentation
