Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to Macromolecules view
2. Load this file: (R3,R4).zip
3. Hover mouse over peptide

Actual behavior R3 and R4 connection points shown as R1 and R2 on monomer preview tooltip System shows R1 connection points instead of R3 and R4 ones

Expected behavior R3 and R4 connection points shown on monomer preview tooltip System R3 and R4 connection points
