Macro: System doesn't apply snake mode for loaded sequences (FASTA, ket, clipboard)

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to macro mode
2. Select Snake mode
3. Open attached file rna-mod-phosphate-example.zip

Actual behavior When snake mode is activated, structure does not open in this mode.

Expected behavior When snake mode is activated, structure opens in this mode.

Desktop (please complete the following information):

• OS: Windows 11
• Browser Chrome
• Version 112.0.5615.138 (Official Build) (64-bit)
