Configure autotests to run embedded Ketcher or pop-up window environment

[ ] Make a separate site for autotests (currently Example is used - leave it as is, create something nearby)
[ ] Make site routing in 2 options - Micro, macro, micro-popup - since we got micro and macro united in few months
[ ] Provide test page with few instances of Ketcher on the same page (without iframe - see https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/4833 for more details)
[ ] Make annotations support for running tests - @Run('Popup')
[ ] Test Ketcher after publish to npm (i.e. download it from npm and test if it works)
