Miew 3D is empty for Phenylalanine structure from Library. #4214

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Use Indigo library (Bingo cartridge). Describe environment
  2. Open Ket file >> Add to Canvas
  3. Or open Phenylalanine mustard from Library
  4. Select 3D

Expected behavior We should be able to see structures in the 3D.

Actual behavior Miew is empty for Phenylalanine from Library Kindly see pictures.

Maybe it will be fixed after fix this bug https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/3775
