Macro: for some sugars, some atoms and bonds overlap each other on the preview in the “Sugars” section #4220

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Launch “Ketcher” and switch to the Macromolecules module
  2. Click on the “RNA” tab and go to the “Sugars” section
  3. Sequentially hover the mouse over these sugars: Sm5ALI, Sm5Ina, Smc, Rm5ALI, Rm5Ina, m3ALIn, ipr2r
  4. Verify on the preview if some atoms hover over each other

Actual behavior In the “RNA” tab in the “Sugars” section, when hovering over some sugars in the preview that appears, some atoms and bonds overlap each other

Expected behavior In the “RNA” tab in the “Sugars” section, when hovering over sugars in the preview that appears, elements do not overlap each other
