Steps to Reproduce

1. 2. Press Add/Remove explicit hydrogens button to fold hydrogens

Actual behavior Toolbars and canvas are not disabled and avaliable for action during long fold/unfold operations

Expected behavior Everything (toolbars and the canvas) are not operational while spinner is on the screen
