Sequence selection should be "Word"-like in Edit mode #4379

Background Currently we allow user to select my sub-sequences simultaneously.

Solution We need to allow user to select only single sub-sequence at once - in the same manner as it works in text editor (like MS Word) In case of letter we are going to select is not follow before or after already selected block - existed selection should be removed and selection should start from the very beginning
