Macro: It is possible to remove selection while in Modify in RNA Builder mode #4444

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to Macro - Sequence mode
  2. Load from file (unzip first) : Possible to drop selection.zip
  3. Select few nucleotides and try to modify them image
  4. Press Esc button

Actual behavior Selection disappears image

Expected behavior Selection remain in place image

As per requirement:

  1. Do not allow an user to unselect nucleotides if a sequence in "Modify in RNA builder" mode, while an user in "Modify in RNA builder" mode.

Versions: Windows 10 Chrome Version Version 123.0.6312.106 (Official Build) (64-bit) Ketcher Version 2.19.0-rc.2 Build at 2024-04-09; 09:32:33 Indigo Toolkit Version 1.19.0-dev.1.0-g9fa8cfe30-wasm32-wasm-clang-12.0.0

Issue found in the context of testing - https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/3824

The issue has been moved from 2.21.0-rc.2 to 2.22.0-rc.1 after discussion with management and in accordance with the testing flow process.

Moved to Refined Backlog since not fixed over 1 release

Also clicking on the Select Rectangle button or pressing Shift+Tab hotkeys unselects nucleotides, if a sequence is in the “Modify in RNA builder” mode
