Macro: Escape button unselect nucleotides if a sequence in Modify in RNA builder mode

Steps to Reproduce

1. Switch to Macro mode -> Sequence mode
2. Add sequence letters and select any
3. Right-click on selected letters and choose 'Modify in RNA builder'
4. Press 'Esc' button

Actual behavior Escape button unselect nucleotides if a sequence in Modify in RNA builder mode

Expected behavior Escape button not unselect nucleotides if a sequence in Modify in RNA builder mode as it described in p. 9 Do not allow an user to unselect nucleotides if a sequence in "Modify in RNA builder" mode, while an user in "Modify in RNA builder" mode. https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/3824

Also clicking on the Select Rectangle button or pressing Shift+Tab hotkeys unselects nucleotides, if a sequence is in the “Modify in RNA builder” mode
