Macro: CHEM and Peptides with R1-R1, R2-R2 bonds are not displayed when switching from the View mode to the Flex mode #4504

Case 1: CHEM structure with R1-R1, R2-R2 bonds

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open two Ketcher browser tabs – the Macro mode
  2. Open this file in one of the tabs (first unzip) CHEM R1-R1 R2-R2.zip
  3. Switch to the Sequence mode
  4. Copy these structures and paste them into the View mode of another Ketcher browser tab, where there is at least one monomer (CHEM or Peptide or RNA)
  5. Switch to the Flex mode

Case 2: Peptide structure with R1-R1, R2-R2 bonds

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open two Ketcher browser tabs – the Macro mode
  2. Open this file in one of the tabs (first unzip) Peptides R1-R1 R2-R2.zip
  3. Switch to the Sequence mode
  4. Copy these structures and paste them into the View mode of another Ketcher browser tab, where there is at least one monomer (CHEM or Peptide or RNA)
  5. Switch to the Flex mode

Actual behavior In the Flex mode CHEM structure with R1-R1, R2-R2 bonds and Peptide structure with R1-R1, R2-R2 bonds are no longer displayed

Expected behavior In the Flex mode CHEM structure with R1-R1, R2-R2 bonds and Peptide structure with R1-R1, R2-R2 bonds are displayed on the canvas

Issue found while testing https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/3916

The issue has been moved from 2.21.0-rc.2 to 2.22.0-rc.1 after discussion with management and in accordance with the testing flow process.
