Current way of adding new sequences in the sequence mode is not as user-friendly as it can be.
As most users use this mode for macromolecules the current approach should be changed.
Solution
When the canvas is empty, there should be a floating button that, when clicked, allows the user to add a sequence.
When there are sequences on the canvas the user is able to add new ones and edit current ones per mock-up:
Note, hovering above the first sequence should be the same as hovering in between sequences.
