Remove preview for hovering over three dots in monomer library #4862

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Ketcher macromolecules mode
  2. Go to the RNA part of the library, presets sections
  3. Hover over the three dots in the right-top of the monomer

Actual behavior

The preview appears. image

Expected behavior

The preview shouldn't appear when hovering over three dots.
