Simple structures cannot be rotated

Steps to Reproduce

1. Add to canvas Simple structures ( Shape ellips, Shape rectangle, Shape line )
2. Select all structures and try rotate them

Actual behavior Simple structures cannot be rotated

Expected behavior Simple structures can be rotated, flipped and deleted as it implemented for another structures.
