Steps to Reproduce

Load from file: Attachement point connected to query feature atom causes exception on switching from macro to micro mode.zip OR manually create following configuration on the canvas:
Go to Macromolecules mode
Go to Molecules mode

Actual behavior System throws exception to console. ci.test.lifescience.opensource.epam.com-1719729532995.log

Expected behavior No exception

Issue found while testing https://github.com/epam/ketcher/issues/4530
