Side-chain connections become transparent, after deleting at least one side-chain connection on the canvas #4976

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to the Macro mode – the Snake mode
  2. Open this file long nucleotides 4R.zip
  3. Drag a few side-chain connections
  4. Delete any side-chain connection via the “Erase” button

Actual behavior The remaining side-chain connections on the canvas are displayed transparently until you hover over them (reproduced with horizontal and vertical connections). The same behavior is observed in the peptides

Expected behavior The remaining side-chain connections on the canvas are displayed in blue, not transparently
