R2-R2 side-chain bond, connecting the last monomers of the chains, should be drawn on the right from these monomers #4978

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to the Macro mode – the Snake mode
  2. Open this file R2 free in the end.zip
  3. Draw a side-chain connection from AP R2 to AP R2 between the last monomers of the chains

Actual behavior Attachment points R2 are oriented towards bond formation. The same behavior is observed in the peptides

Expected behavior Attachment points R2 should be drawn on the right from these monomers

As per requirements:

  1. In case of R2-R2 bond connecting the last monomers of the chains the connection should be drawn on the right from these monomers.
