The bond between R2 of base and R1 of sugar, and vice versa is not displayed like a side-chain connection #4994

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Switch to the Macro mode – the Snake mode
  2. Open this file base R2-sugar R1.zip
  3. Drag a side-chain connection between R2 of base and R1 of sugar, or R1 of base and R2 of sugar

Actual behavior The bond is displayed like a straight black line

Expected behavior The bond is displayed like a side-chain connection

As per requirements:

  1. Specific case for RNA monomers: the bond between R1 of base and R3 of sugar should not be considered side chain connection and should be displayed as a straight line (usual way). All other bonds connected to the base are considered side chain connections.
