Steps to Reproduce

Go to Macromolecules mode - Snake mode
Load from file: The lower horizontal part of bond does not shift if there is an overlap.zip

Actual behavior The bottom horizontal bonds does not shift if there is an overlap

Expected behavior Bottom horizontal bonds should not overlap each other
