Steps to Reproduce

Go to Macromolecules mode - Snake mode
Load from file: The second of three horizontal bond overlaps backbone connection line.zip

Actual behavior The bottom horizontal bonds does not shift if there is an overlap

Expected behavior No overlapping happens
