When you move the top monomer to the left of the bottom one, the bond moves slightly to the right. This may cause an overlap of bonds. #4998

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Macromolecules mode - Snake mode
Load from file: When you move the top monomer to the left of the bottom one, the bond moves slightly to the right. This may cause an overlap of bonds.zip
Move monomer no.75 over monomer no.74

Actual behavior The bottom horizontal bonds does not shift if there is an overlap

Expected behavior No overlapping happens
