Steps to Reproduce

1. Go to Macromolecules mode - Flex mode
2. Load from file: Prelacement of any preset side connected to another monomer or replacement monomer side connected to preset works wrong - system losts side chain bond.zip
3. Go to Sequence mode and select left to symbols in view mode
4. Click any monomer with R3 AP from the library (D-gGlu peptide in my case)
5. Switch to Flex mode

Actual behavior System doesn't connect peptide and second chain base

Expected behavior System connects peptide and second chain base

• Ketcher Version 2.24.0-rc.2 Build at 2024-08-14; 19:06:32
