Ambiguous sugar should not be considered as independent monomer in sequence mode if it is a part of nucleotide

Steps to Reproduce

1. Toggle to Macro - Sequence mode
2. Load using paste from clipboard way following HELM: RNA1{([25d3r],[25mo3r])(A)P.([25d3r],[25mo3r])(A)P.([25d3r],[25mo3r])(A)P}$$$$V2.0

Actual behavior System consider ambiguous sugar as independent monomer and doesn't consider it as part of nucleotide

Expected behavior System consider ambiguous sugar as part of nucleotide
