Atom/Bond selection remains on the canvas after clear canvas #5788

Steps to Reproduce

Go to Macro mode - Flex mode
Load from file: Bond properties are not implemented.zip
Select all (press CTRL+A)
Press Clear canvas button

Actual behavior Selection remains at the canvas

Expected behavior Canvas becomes empty
